Bangladesh Travel Mart (BTM) – Exhibitor Guidelines
1. Registration & Participation
a) All participants must submit a completed registration form along with full payment by the specified deadline.
b) Participation and stall allocation will only be confirmed after receipt of payment.
c) BTM reserves the right to refuse registration or participation without explanation.
2. Stall Allocation & Installation
a) Stall space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after payment confirmation.
b) MICE corporation is the official contractor for stall installations.
c) Stall designs and layout plans must be submitted to the BTM office by the stated deadline for approval.
d) Exhibitors must ensure that all stall installations comply with safety regulations.
3. Security & Liability
a) Organizers will provide general security in the exhibition hall during event hours.
b) BTM is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of any exhibits or personal belongings.
c) Exhibitors are strongly advised to insure their materials against theft, loss, or damage, including fire.
4. Logistics & Services
a) Additional logistics support (telephone, fax, email, photocopying, photography, sales staff, stall attendants) is available on prior request and payment.
b) BTM is not liable for delays or issues arising from logistics service providers.
5. General Terms
a) Organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule or venue if necessary.
b) Exhibitors must adhere to all safety, fire, and regulatory guidelines.
c) BTM reserves the right to remove any exhibitor who violates rules or behaves unethically.
d) All disputes arising from participation in BTM will be subject to the laws of Bangladesh.
