CONDITIONS FOR BUYER REGISTRATION

Participants must complete the online application form via the BTM2026 official website (www.btm2026.com) Please provide detailed examples of your current and future business activities to support your application. Your submission is crucial for us to identify and address your specific needs for BTM2026. All submitted details will be handled with strict confidentiality.

REGISTRATION PERIOD

The online registration starts on 10 April 2026 at 10:00 hrs. (GMT+6) to 31 July 2026 at 17:00 hrs. (GMT+6)

WHAT’S NEXT?

All Buyer applications will be reviewed and selected by the BTM2026 Committee to ensure that only qualified Buyers are chosen. This includes those with contracting responsibilities for Bangladesh or those actively seeking business partners or promoting Bangladesh as a destination. Successful applicants will be notified via email within 2 weeks of submission. Please note that the BTM2026 Committee’s decision is final.

Selection Criteria for Buyers:

•             Must be a potential buyer for Bangladesh in your respective market.

•             Must be approved by the Buyer Committee.

BUYER CATEGORIES

International Buyer

Complimentary Benefits:

ü  3Nights Accommodation in an official hotel.

ü  Coach/van transfers between the airport, official hotels, and event venues.

ü  Admission to official functions.

ü  Pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors.

ü  Post-Tour (first come, first served)

Buyer Registration Fee: USD 500

Bangladeshi Buyer

ü  Eligibility is limited only to Bangladesh-based companies who are doing international Tour Operation.

ü  Bangladeshi Buyers can enjoy the same benefit as international Buyers, excluding transportation, accommodation, Networking Dinner and pre-tour.

ü  Requirements for Bangladeshi Buyers: Must complete the pre-schedule appointments and cannot be a no-show. Companies that fail to attend scheduled appointments will be excluded from future BTM events.

ü  Onsite applications are not allowed for Bangladeshi Buyers.

Bangladeshi Buyer Registration Fee: BDT 5000.00

PAYMENT

•                    Payment must be made via bank draft, international money order, or telegraphic transfer. Full payment is required, exclusive of any bank fees or charges, which will be the delegate's responsibility. Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon approval.

•                    If you make the payment through a representative in Bangladesh in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Payment Deadline:

•                    All fees must be paid in US Dollars within 7 working days after your application status is approved.

•                    All payments are exclusive of any bank fees or charges, which must be covered by the delegates. BOTOA must receive the full registration fee (net amount) in its entirety, without any deduction for bank charges.

•                    After completing the payment, please log in to the system and upload your proof of payment directly on the website.

Important Notes

•                    A maximum of 02 participant from the same company can apply for BTM2026.

•                    If multiple participants apply from the same company, only one participant can be selected as a Buyer.
