1. Exhibition Security

The organizers will provide full security coverage in the exhibition halls during all exhibition hours. Exhibitors are responsible for securing their own exhibits and personal items.

 

2. Participation Procedure

To participate, exhibitors must submit a completed registration form along with full payment to the Exhibition Office before the deadline.

Stall bookings or registrations will only be confirmed after full payment is received.

3. Logistics & Support Services

Support services such as telephone, fax, email, photocopying, photography, and provision of sales staff or stall attendants will be available during the exhibition.

All services require advance request and payment.

 

4. Stall Booking Cancellation

Stall cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by 25 July 2026.

50% of the registration fees will be retained for cancellations made within the allowed period.

No cancellations will be accepted after the deadline.

 

5. Exhibitors Guide

The Official Exhibitors Guide will be prepared based on the information provided by exhibitors.

All required details must be submitted by 15 Aug 2026 to ensure inclusion in the guide.

 

6. Liability & Insurance

BTM organizers will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to exhibits.

Exhibitors are encouraged to insure their displays and materials against theft, fire, or accidental damage.

 

7. Exhibit Handling

Exhibits cannot be removed from the hall during exhibition hours.

All deliveries or movements of exhibition materials must be scheduled during official setup or dismantling periods.

 

8. Stall Installation

MICE Corporation is the official stall contractor.

All stall designs and related details must be submitted to the BTM office by 15 Aug 2026 for approval.

9. Accommodation

Special discounted accommodation rates are available for foreign participants and delegates.

Reservations require a one-night deposit.
