Registration Period
The online application will open on 10th April 2026 at 10.00 hrs. and will close on 31 July 2026 at 17.00 hrs. (GMT+6)
Selection Criteria for International Sellers
1. Open exclusively to the first 100 registered tourism-related businesses in International that have completed the online application form, submitted all required documents,
And completed payment within the specified timeframe.
2. Open exclusively to the first 100 registered tourism-related businesses in Bangladeshi that have completed the online application form, submitted all required documents,
and completed payment within the specified timeframe.

Complimentary Benefits for Bangladeshi Sellers:
1. Eligibility is limited only to Bangladesh-based companies who are doing Inbound Tour Operation.
2. Bangladeshi Seller can enjoy the same benefit as international Seller, excluding transportation, accommodation, Networking/Welcome Dinner and pre-tour.
3. Requirements for Bangladeshi Seller: Must complete the pre-schedule appointments and cannot be a no-show. Companies that fail to attend scheduled appointments will be excluded from future BTM events.
Onsite applications are not allowed for Bangladeshi Sellers.
Bangladeshi Seller Registration Fee: BDT 15000.00
Application Submission
ü Sellers must complete the online application form at www.btm2026.com and upload the following valid documents:
ü Business License : Issued within 6 months before the registration date.
ü Hotel License or Hospital/Clinic License: If applicable and must be valid or renewed if expired
ü Tour Operator/Travel Agent License: If applicable and must be valid or renewed if expired
ü Business Logo: For online directory inclusion (JPEG format, max size: 500 KB, 562 x 245 pixels)
ü Product/Service Images: Up to 3 JPEG files (max size: 1 MB each)
ü Delegate Profile Image: JPEG format, max size: 1 MB, portrait orientation, dimensions: 600x800 pixels. This image will be used during the event for entry and exit from the hall and for security and verification purposes
ü Brochures or Product Catalogs: PDF format (max size: 5 MB)(optional)
Remark: Applications submitted with correct and complete documents will be considered first.

Notification Process During Application
1. After submitting your application, you will receive the following emails:
2. Auto-confirmation Email: Confirms receipt of your application.
· Payment Email: Sent after the Secretariat reviews and approves your documents.
· Please allow up to 2 Week for the Secretariat to review your documents and application and issue the bill-payment.
· BOTOA will send bill payment of each company to the given Email.
· Payment must be completed within 7 working days of receiving the bill payment.
· Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in your spot being allocated to the waitlist, and any applicable discount will be forfeited.
3. Confirmation Email: Confirmation status for your BTM 2026 account.
Payment Details
· Payments must be completed within 7 working days of receiving the bill-payment. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in your spot being allocated to the waitlist, and any applicable discount will be forfeited.
· Refunds are NOT available.
Important Notes
· Each business appointment table permits a maximum of 01 delegates.
· Sharing a business appointment table between two or more organizations is NOT permitted.
· It is an offence to swap badges. If found to have deliberately misrepresented yourself as a registered delegate and/or others (e.g. including but not limited to the provision of false or misleading verification documents and/or information), you may be subject to enforcement action including nullifying your passes. In such cases, refunds will not be entertained.
· The seller will not undertake any work or activities during the same period as the official program of BTM 2026.
